Do you think Beverages can help you??


Always people prefer other beverages after a hard days work in the office or during the breaks.The beverages cannot actually help you out.They just provide you the temporary help for your thirst.Nothing can replace water.The habit of drinking coffee frequently is found among many people working in the offices.This is no good sign.The Caffeine consumption if done on a frequent basis can lead to addiction and if not taken may lead to head aches and irritation.The colas and sodas contain the sweeteners that are in no way good to the body.The artificial flavors and colors in the colas can shorten your life and can affect your tooth if taken in adequate amounts.It is said that it takes 32 glasses of water to neutralize the acid from one 12 oz. cola or soda.
The coffees are said to cause dehydration if taken frequently.Also the sports drinks that help the athletes are also not good if taken regularly.Water can never be challenged.We ourselves feel that we have relinquished our bad thirst if we have a glass of water and not when we take soda..It induces more thirst.
