Power of Yoga!


Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means "To join" or "Unite". Yoga is a complete science of life that originated in India 5000 years ago. Yoga has been increasingly popular form of exercise in the recent years. Yoga is used for the personal development by balancing the entire body, mind and spirit. There are various branches of yoga like Karma, Hatha, Jnana, Bhakti ant Raja yoga. Karma Yogis believe that your present situation is based on your past actions. Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga where they start with breath exercise or Pranayama. Jnana Yoga is the yoga of mind, which deals with knowledge and wisdom. Bhakti Yoga is generally carried out by yogis to see divine in everyone and everything they see. Raja Yoga basically focuses on meditation and contemplation. Anyone can practice yoga in this world, you don't need special clothing or equipment, all you need is the determination to pursue a happy and healthier life.
