Importance of Vitamins.
Vitamins are really essential for our health. Lack of Vitamins in our diet can cause different problems to our body. Carrots, green vegetables and milk are sources of Vitamin A. If we lack in Vitamin A then our growth becomes weak and we are likely to get ill. Similarly Vitamin B is found in potatoes, meat, nuts, eggs etc. If Vitamin B is not present in your diet, your growth and development slows down and there will be a poor general health. Vitamin C is present in citrus fruits like orange, lemon etc. If Vitamin C is not present in your diet, your teeth and gumsbecome unhealthy and u may even get skin diseases. So people, do keep in mind to eat food in which Vitamins A, B, C are present.
