Scientists have identified the world's smallest snake a reptile about 4 inches long and as thin as spaghetti that was found in Carri bean island Barbados. The snake is not venomous and eats termites and termite lava. The world's longest snake is the reticulated python which grows to 10 meters long. They are as old as dinosaurs. They date 100 million years old.Isn't it great to hear that. The scientists claim that they have evolved from lizards. The area inhabited by the family of smallest snake is the small forest on the eastern side of the island. This snake found now is different from the normal snake families identified in the museums. These kind of snakes produce lesser number of off springs as said by the scientists.
