The president of Russia Mr. Dimitry Medvedev has issued a warning to all Russian officials to strengthen their poor computer skills or else they will be sacked.He is of the opinion that civil servants who do not have elementary skills cannot work effectively.he lays emphasis on computer literacy which is a must to carry out the government tasks online.It will effectively weed out corruption and increase speed. As per the latest study internet penetration in Russia is among the lowest in Europe with only 12 percent of people being computer literates.
