Hiring and firing of people in IT companies

The IT companies have been recruiting many people every year.Many people dream nowadays of getting a job in the Top IT companies.The rate of recruitment has come down nowadays.The bitter fact is that the hired employees are fired due to a few reasons.Some of the reasons attributed by the companies are misbehavior by the employee, work output not up to the standard etc.But many fired employees say that the firing has been done by IT companies due to lack of projects and poor profit and turn overs.So this shows that the employees are fired for no mistake of them.Whats the need to hire and then fire.If projects are adequate then the recruitment can be done.Also the employees can be given chances to improve their skills before being fired.The IT industry has been showing a very deviating curve.It has dominated the market for the past few years.The situation has become like a person cannot be sure of his job if he is in an It company.
