Ways to stay young



People in this world will always want to stay young. No one wants too be looking aged.So there are a number of ways to remain young and also feel young,only your age will prove you are aged and not your face.Breathing exercises play an important role. In other words yoga can help to clean your lungs and keep you fresh and maintains proper breathing cycle.eating habits also play a vital role. Have food in three or four diets everyday.Also make sure to avoid sugar and oil foods that provide you not good health but calories.Drink water in excess quantity to avoid many health problems like knee ailments.jogging or walking can give your body some physical activity and can help to avoid laziness. Also never think of your age,it will make you feel old. Laugh out loud frequently so that you forget your sorrows and don't show them on your face.Always keep a routine for you that engages you buzzing with activity but does not exhaust you.
