The life at the software companies have been very hectic in the past and continues to remain the same nowadays also.The people working in the corporate companies go in the morning and return only by the late evening.What just remains is nothing but fatigue.Also the arguable thing is that these people are not paid enough for the amount of work extracted from them.This kind of office life is slowly moving from an enjoyable work place to a work place filled with stress and tensions.Why Dont the companies change this kind of work??.Also some health magazines have warned the people who work in software concerns and BPOs about the long term health problems.recreational activities must also be a part of the work routine.
