The second seeded tennis player Roger Federer qualified for the finals after defeating Djokovic in the semi final.The other semi final match between murray(6th seeded and nadal(1st seeded) resulted in a comprehensive victory for Murray.The final between federer and murray was a great match with Federer at his best.The man seemed to be an invincible opponent to Murray.Murray was ready to beat federer but lost to him in the straight three sets 6-2,7-5,6-2.This gives federer his thirteenth grand slam title and his fifth Us open title in a row.Federer played in an agressive manner in many occasions and kept murray running and struggling.The 27 year old federer is back to form after having lost to Nadal in the past season.
